Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not offer physical goods at this time, so do not provide a physical goods cancellation, returns and refunds policy.

If your order is for access to an ongoing service, you may cancel this service whenever you wish.  We will not charge you further, and you are welcome to continue using the service for the period of time which you have already paid for.

If your order is for a downloaded item, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

We comply with the EC Distance Selling Regulations, offering our customers a cool-off period of 14 days where they may change their mind and cancel their service.  If you wish to cancel the service within this period, your money paid so far will be refunded.
