Pomcat offers you a service to build e-mail lists, and to manage the sending of emails and newsletters to your lists.  You can import your existing customer details, and add to your lists over time, collecting contacts manually, or automatically from a form on your website.

Why use an e-mail and newsletter service?

Of course, you could just use your e-mail package to send out e-mails.  But using our service has a number of distinct advantages.  All your customers are not using the same tools for reading their e-mail.  Some will use Outlook, others will read on their mobile phone.  Some will use online tools like Google Mail and Hotmail.  Others will only be able to receive text.  How can you be sure your message is getting through?  How do you know what your customers are reading?  With our service, you’ve got the information at your fingertips.

• Test your e-mails on the top e-mail clients, so you know what your mail will look like.
• Create beautiful graphical e-mails for clients that can receive them, and deliver a simple text e-mail for those who can’t – automatically!
• Monitor receipt rates, which customers have read your e-mail, and whether each one was interested in your content.

We will help you create a beautiful branded e-mail template so that your company branding comes through in style.  We will help you to write your first newsletter, and show you how to format the content.  We’ll help you import your existing contacts, and show you how to collect new contacts from your website.  And once you’re up and running you can send as many or as few e-mails as you wish.

How much does it cost?

Setup

We’ll give you a choice of templates for your e-mail, and will then customise your choice so it’s your company colour, and has your company logo and details included.  We’ll show you how to import your contacts – either in one go, or as you get them.  And we’ll give you code you can put on your website if you want to collect them automatically from there.  We’ll show you how you can create an e-mail campaign and put your content in.

Cost:  £100

Ad-hoc sending

If you want to send a newsletter once in a while – perhaps a few times a year, this is the plan for you.  We charge £10 per mailshot, plus 1 penny per recipient.  So a mailshot to 500 people would be £15.  Sending to 1000 would be £20.

Regular sending

Our monthly plans are tiered packages for as many e-mails and newsletters as you want to send each month.  This is particularly good value if you want to send different newsletters or articles to different sets of customers.  For example, you might send a different e-mail to current or past customers than one for possible future leads.

Our pricing is based on the size of your list:

• £18 pm – 0-500 recipients
• £28 pm – 501-2,500 recipients
• £45 pm – 2,500 – 5,000 recipients

All options include your own portal where you can track responses.  You get a bunch of very pretty stats about receipt, opening, clicking on links, etc.  Everything’s under your control so you can track and send at will.
