		<description><![CDATA[<p>Google&#8217;s head of search Matt Cutts has been speaking about changes to Google&#8217;s search algorythm at SXSW, the big internet and creative conference in Texas.</p>
<p>Matt said that the changes will &#8220;level the playing ground&#8221;, rewarding good content, better indexing sites that don&#8217;t do SEO, and penalising &#8220;over-optimisation&#8221;.</p>
